Key Methods began in 1998 as a small IT support company working with clients throughout the Wenatchee Valley. We found our niche in providing professional technology services that let our customers focus on their core business competencies without worrying about their computer network.
As our company grew and started working with more clients we researched and brainstormed ways to help our clients better manage their technology.
In 2002, we shifted our focus to pro-actively monitoring and maintaining our clients’ computer networks. This new approach of focusing on “up-time” instead of waiting for “things to break” helped us grow our company even larger.
It has always been our goal to spread our wings into new markets and areas of technology. So, in 2008 we purchased a software development company in Seattle that specialized in ERP solutions. This purchase has allowed us to offer our clients even more technology solutions like custom applications and website development.
Today, with nearly twenty employees and clients around the Northwest, we see a bright future. We can partner with our clients at a deep level and add true value to their business. We look forward to pursuing our goal to be Washington State’s premier IT services and software development company.
